We screen the marketplace, rapidly developing a range of possible choices of packaged software.  Because of our experience with many suppliers, we understand how to qualify them to avoid those that would be inappropriate matches to the client's budget, business model, or technical needs.  Evaluation templates allow us to hit the ground running; we work with your functional and IT leaders to adjust them for specific cases.  If a formal Request for Proposal is used, ITSM has many examples from which to build.  In a Supplier Management role, we can also act as the single point of contact between the selection team and software companies, relieving the burden of repetitive information exchange and scheduling meetings.  We work with clients to develop meaningful, insightful scenarios for software demonstrations that will contribute to the selection decision.
