Jordan Schell-Lambert started ITSM to share the experience of deeply skilled IT management consultants with organizations of all sizes. For example, Jordan is a seasoned, innovative IT leader with twenty-five years of experience applying information technology to improve and grow the capabilities of businesses and nonprofit organizations. Jordan exhibits an effective balance of consulting and corporate-management experience. Fifteen years of his experience were with Andersen Consulting and Unisys, where he mastered project management, advanced system design, and change-management techniques. His clients also benefit from Jordan's ten years of practical experience managing all aspects of the IT functions in two midsize companies. His expertise in developing cohesive, professional IT teams provides lasting benefit to his clients.

As consulting principal of ITSM, Jordan draws on extensive industry relationships to bring other resources to our projects. These include providers of complementary services such as networking and PC deployment, and consulting colleagues with equally deep experience profiles.
